Cancellation & Payment Policies

$150 deposit payment is required upon booking. Remaining balance is due by June 1st, 2017.

This can be paid by Paypal, e-transfer to jeff@vancouveroutdoorschool.com, or cheques made payable to Vancouver Outdoor School. If for any reason you have to cancel your camp, you may reschedule or receive a refund if you notify us of the cancellation two weeks prior to camp. Please allow four to six weeks for processing. If you are eligible, you will receive a refund by:

  • Paypal if you paid your registration by Paypal.
  • Cheque if you paid your registration by cheque or e-transfer.
  • NSF cheques are subject to a $55 service charge and certified funds will be required.
